About Moses
I am a dedicated Special Needs Educator, Autism Support Specialist, and advocate for inclusive education with over six years of experience providing personalized support for children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, communication challenges, and diverse learning needs. My professional background combines expertise in Special Education, Autism support, inclusive learning, and communication development, allowing me to create effective and meaningful learning experiences for children with different abilities and educational needs.
I have received specialized training in Deaf Education and communication development from the Clerc Center at Gallaudet University, Washington, D.C., alongside professional training in evidence-based teaching practices and inclusive education strategies. I am also a certified Teacher of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), which has enhanced my ability to support learners with different communication styles, language needs, and educational backgrounds.
Over the years, I have provided individualized Special Education and Autism support to learners around the world through various platforms, working with children, families, and learners from diverse backgrounds. My experience includes supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, hearing impairment, developmental delays, speech and language difficulties, and other learning differences. I specialize in developing personalized learning strategies that target key areas such as communication skills, social skills, emotional regulation, attention and focus, independence, school readiness, and functional life skills.
My approach to Autism support and intervention is centered on understanding every learner as an individual. I believe that children with Autism and other developmental differences can make meaningful progress when provided with the right strategies, patience, encouragement, and structured support. Through individualized lessons, visual learning strategies, structured activities, positive reinforcement, play-based approaches, and family-centered coaching, I help learners develop confidence, improve essential skills, and achieve greater independence in their everyday lives.

I provide personalized Special Education support and individualized Autism coaching for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, learning differences, and communication challenges. My approach is centered around each child’s unique strengths, abilities, learning style, and developmental goals, ensuring they receive the right support to grow and thrive.
My Autism support lessons are carefully designed to address each child’s individual needs through structured and engaging learning experiences. I support children with Autism in developing essential skills such as functional communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, focus and attention, problem-solving, self-confidence, independence, daily living skills, and school readiness. Each Autism learning session is tailored to create a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment where children feel motivated to participate, learn new skills, and build greater independence.
As a Special Needs Educator with experience supporting children with Autism, I use evidence-informed and child-centered teaching approaches, including differentiated instruction, visual supports, positive reinforcement, structured learning activities, and personalized intervention strategies. I understand that every child with Autism Spectrum Disorder learns differently, which is why my Autism coaching approach focuses on meeting each learner at their current developmental level while gradually strengthening their skills, confidence, and ability to navigate everyday situations.
My Autism parent coaching and family support sessions provide parents and caregivers with practical strategies to support their child’s development beyond our lessons. I guide families on effective communication techniques, behavior support strategies, learning routines, social skill development, and ways to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for children with Autism.
