About Aly Wong
I started working out frequently at 28 years old. After working in a sedentary job, I noticed my body stiffening and decided to fight against it. We are in a health crisis where more people are neglecting their bodies. But fear of looking silly in the gym is preventing people from exercising. With me, you will find no judgment. Just a kind, friendly face who wants to empower you with words, knowledge, and practice. Let's grow together!

I'm passionate about helping people incorporate exercise into their busy lives. Our sessions may be short (30-45 minutes), but I'll make sure we get the most out of them. I live in R& F phase 2 and use the apartment gym on level 8. If you are in the area, this will be a convenient location to work out
