About Gabriella
I have always loved to be active. At 65 I want, in particular, older adults or anyone over 40, or postmenopausal women, to become or regain their fitness We start to lose our fitness and muscle and bone mass as we hit 40. It’s never too late to start People in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond can improve their health and fitness with gentle yoga more intense weight training depending on their physical condition It’s great for kids and people with disabilities. Even pregnant women or those planning motherhood to prepare for pregnancy and beyond. You’ll regain your pre/pregnancy body after by starting to exercise before birth

Personal trainer since 2008 I’m 65 years of age and I’ve been active in weight training for body transformation and health since 1982 I am old school with regards to training, using free weights and pin-loaded machines. I don’t do gimmicks and I will work hard for you to reach your goals but I expect the same from you. The first day will always be the hardest but you’ll start to see and feel the results within a few weeks
