About Jacqueline
I am a native English speaker and am additionally fluent in French. Having taught my kids French, I gained a passion for language teaching. This led me to undertake the extensive 5-month training and subsequent certification to gain my CELTA qualification as a tutor of English as a foreign language.

I'm a big fan of personalisation! I prefer not to teach classes in a fixed style and instead to be as flexible as possible for each individual learner! I base my methodology around understanding my students' needs first and developing a curriculum to suit their objectives and existing language level.
The CELTA course has equipped me with a whole array of different learning techniques which enable me to tailor and adapt to the needs of my student. I'm excited to work with you and as part of my approach, the first 30mins will be entirely free as we get to know each other and check that we will be a good fit.
