Reuben coached me in preparation for a language exam and did an excellent job: he was enthusiastic and supportive, making me feel confident while also setting a high enough bar to stretch my comprehension skills and use of vocabulary. When working on conversation skills, he had an excellent understanding of when to prompt me or not, and of how to help me address errors without breaking the flow of the conversation. His guidance and encouragement helped me to Distinction in my exam - thanks, Reuben!
