About Nqobile
I am Nqobile Mhlungu, a dedicated tutor and teacher-in-training with 4 years of experience supporting learners in Intermediate Phase and Senior Phase. I specialize in CAPS- aligned lessons, homework support, exam preparation and literacy development. I hold a TEFL Certificate, Playsa certificate and MANCOS NDP English certificate and I am currently completing my teaching degree at SANTS. My practical teaching includes Mathematics, Life Skills, Natural Science & Technology and English for Grade 4 with additional support for foundation and senior phase learners. I believe in making learning accessible, engaging and confidence building for every child
I will also be launching my "Drop Everything And Read" movement to help learners and parents build strong reading habits.

I have a few years of experience as a teacher/tutor, working face-to-face in schools and within my community. My teaching method is interactive and learner-centered. I make use of relatable analogies to help learners understand concepts in their own way. Lessons include back-to-back revision, guided questions and past paper practice to build confidence and exam readiness.
The 'Drop Everything And Read" movement will help build reading habits and support learners and parents. I read aloud, guide comprehension and create simple reading routines that make literacy fun and accessible- to help learners understand what they read, express themselves clearly and enjoy learning every step of the way.
