About Maddison
Before commencing my Bachelor of Education (Primary and Secondary) at the Australian Catholic University in 2023, I was enrolled at the Australian National University in which I completed 2 years of a Bachelor of Biotechnology. At the end of 2022 I made the decision to transfer degrees because I knew my heart was in teaching and a career in research wasn’t going to leave me feeling fulfilled. With a background in mathematics and science I know the difference a good teacher can have on a student's learning and confidence levels. I love teaching because that moment when a difficult concept finally clicks for a student is so unbelievably rewarding.
