About Nicole
Whether you are new to the trade, or brushing up to challenge your ticket, I'm here to help you. Getting my Red Seal opened so many doors for me, I believe everyone could benefit from becoming credentialed. Don't let struggling with math or code interpretation be the thing that stops you! I work in safety management now, which requires me to maintain a clear criminal record to work with the vulnerable sector. I helped many of my cohort through our schooling with the specific math and code interpretation requirements. Happy to help anyone who needs a bit of prep for their exams or extra help on the math components!
I briefly worked as a substitute teacher for my college and eventually would like to carry on full time into a teaching role when I am ready to slow my career down.
I have access to most of the required textbooks for the BC harmonized program and I love reviewing the content, it helps me stay an excellent trades person as well.
I am neurodivergent and have come up with ways to solve the math problems that suit my learning needs. I am happy to pass them on to those who could use them!

Perfect! Nicole, has been super helpful, supporting and encouraging. I have had a bit of a problem with the math in first year carpentry and Nicole has been able to explain things and has increased my understanding of the math topics. I used Nicole as a tutor to help prepare for my retry of my TQ exam and I feel much more comfortable and confident going into my exam. Thank you Nicole for your help, support and encouragement. Nicole is also always on time and responds to emails and messages and very professional. She is an experienced tutor and I’ve enjoyed working with her.
