My 13 years of performing and teaching allow me to see exactly where your fingers are stumbling on the fretboard. We use my BMus perspective to turn basic strumming into a sophisticated musical statement. You will receive a monthly recorded review of progress to track your development over time. This feedback loop ensures that you stay consistent with your goals as we explore songwriting and lead guitar concepts.
I provide a clear framework that makes even difficult blues progressions feel intuitive and logical. This method helps you feel more comfortable holding the guitar. You can expect to see real improvement in your playing."

"Teaching feels like a constant dialogue between the student and the instrument. 246 students have shared this musical path with me so far. I bring a BMus background from the Royal College of Music to every guitar lesson I conduct.
You might find me emphasising music theory or demonstrating blues progressions. We cover everything from reading tabs to mastering strumming patterns. My approach involves clear instruction on tuning and maintenance for your equipment. I also enjoy helping students write their own songs or refine their lead guitar playing.
My 13 years of teaching experience give me the patience to guide kids and working professionals alike. I enjoy working with returning learners who want to refresh their skills. I will keep our meetings focused on steady growth."
