About Nur
I am a medical student at the University of Cambridge. I attained 4A*s in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at my A-Levels with one year of self-studying. I am choosing to tutor in Maths because Maths is my passion and what I enjoy doing in my free time and I am very good at explaining complicated topics to different levels and abilities and making Maths understandable and enjoyable for everyone.
I also help out with Oxbridge and medical school applications so feel free to inquire about my availability regarding these.
My rates are as follows for online lessons:
£35 for 45 minutes
£45 for a full-length lesson (usually 55-60 minutes)
I am based in London and also offer in-person lessons depending on the location so feel to reach out regarding in-person lesson availability as well x

My students have had great success at their end of year exams with my tutoring style. What sets my tutoring style apart are the following:
- I immediately identify the student's areas of weakness and get them to the point where they become extremely comfortable solving questions in these topics.
- I focus primarily on exam technique
- I explain where the formulas come from and the logic behind the topic we are covering rather than rely solely on rote memorization to make sure it all makes sense to the student and comes intuitively.
- I have a way of making even the more complicated topics easy to understand for students that find Maths very challenging.
Even if you aren't already, you'll start to really enjoy Maths after a couple of our lessons together :)
