About Oliver
I am a Cambridge University graduate with a big passion for languages and for communication. I chose to take two languages at GCSE and at A-Level. From this background, I applied to study Modern and Medieval Languages at University. I am well prepared and like to check in with students on a frequent basis to ensure that my lessons are always interesting and useful.

I like to consider my lessons to be deeply interactive. I pride myself on using techniques acquired at the University of Cambridge to both give brilliant support to struggling students as well as push the strongest to reach even higher. My lessons typically last one hour, however I can be flexible with this, especially if a student requests a slightly longer lesson during exam season etc. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge in Modern and Medieval Languages in French, German and Italian. In addition to this, I have a C2 certificate in Italian from the PLIDA examination board. I principally teach exam age students - from the age of 14 to 18. However, I have had students as young as four and as old as sixty-five. I am very open to speaking with all students to devise a language learning plan, and to ensure that both teacher and student are satisfied with lessons and with the progress made.
