About Samuel
As a tutor, what is important for me is creating a relaxed, low-stakes environment for tutees to encounter new problems and push themselves. Having achieved a GCSE grade 9 and A-Level grade A* in maths, I am confident in my ability to provide tailored support which pushes students to overcome new problems in a supportive space where it is okay to be wrong and to try again.

After co-creating a structured revision plan with the tutee, I will deliver themed 60-minute sessions which target specific areas. My sessions are structured and planned thoroughly to maximise support and foster progress. I am prepared to tutor academic years 9 to 13 in their GCSE/A-Level studies. I have experience in delivering lecture-style sessions over Zoom and working with tutees individually on their studies with the Linacre Institute.
