I am currently a student at Cambridge University and have been tutoring maths since I was in sixth form. My aim is for students to do the best that they are able to and for everyone to find some enjoyment and satisfaction.

I prefer to teach by responding to specific questions or issues that the individual student has. I find it most effective to work through questions with which the student is struggling to give a clear idea about how to answer questions in the most logical and simple way possible. I prefer for the student to make an effort to answer the question so that it is clear where the understanding is breaking down. At all times I am positive and encouraging because I understand that every individual has their strong and weak skills and I find it easiest to develop maths ability when the sessions are enjoyable and entertaining.
