About Tamara
I am a Cambridge History and Politics Graduate currently working in journalism.
I love everything to do with English and the Humanities, and have grown up always helping peers and younger students with their essay writing.
I am happy to tutor a variety of ages and would love to share my passion for these subjects :)

Ideally, lessons are 45 mins - 1 hour depending on the student's focus.
I typically go through a piece of work the student has done together and offer feedback/answer questions, before completing an exercise together in the session (I prefer to let them take the initiative but offer prompts / strategies to use) and then setting a task for next time.
I have previously tutored for 11+ Maths, have given feedback on English Literature GCSE essays, advised students on Oxbridge interviews, edited students' news articles, and led a book club analysing a different text each week.
