About Victoria
I’m an approachable tutor who loves helping pupils build confidence and enjoy learning. I tutor A Level Maths, Chemistry and Biology, as well as GCSE Science and Maths which are subjects I’m passionate about because they help us understand how the world works. I achieved A*A*A* in Maths, Chemistry and Biology, and have supported pupils from struggling grades to strong passes. My lessons are fun, structured and supportive, with clear goals so pupils always know what we’re working towards. I provide advice to students to help with their independent learning and confidence. Outside tutoring, I enjoy watching TV shows, baking, and dancing. I’m passionate about giving back and helping every pupil realise their full potential.

Lessons can be either 1 or 2 hours. Each session starts and ends with confidence checks to assess how the student feels about the topic(s). By having honest conversations with students, I can help them to achieve their goals. Progress will be measured on confidence, mini quizzes and exam questions. Learning will be encouraged by also praising effort and not just final results, as well as discovering the students' interests or career aspirations.
