About Nathan
I am a recent Cambridge English graduate, having achieved a high 2:1 with a 1st in my final year. Through my degree I have encountered a wide range of literature and engaged with many of the set texts which appear on A Level and GCSE curriculums. My particular interests are medieval comedy and the supernatural, Shakespeare, and the Gothic.
I studied both Maths and English at A Level, achieving A* grades in both. Whilst studying at A Level, I tutored GCSE students in both English and Maths.

Online, hour-long sessions.
English sessions: Looking at the text, its critical reception, its relevant contexts, adaptations, stagings, and reinterpretations in order to provide a broad understanding of set texts and why they are so important to study. I will also provide guidance on how to write essays that are direct, persuasive, and analytical.
Maths sessions: Working through practice questions together in identified areas which require attention. I will focus in particular on questions from past papers as these are often the best way to prepare.
