About Faizaan
I am deeply passionate about education and genuinely committed to helping every student reach their full potential, regardless of their background, ability, or starting point. Having worked with a wide range of learners, including many who are neurodiverse or face additional learning challenges, I understand that success is not about talent alone, but about the right support, belief, and guidance.
Throughout my own academic journey, I faced challenges that required resilience, discipline, and determination to overcome. These experiences shaped my approach to teaching and gave me a strong appreciation of the barriers many students face. By developing effective study strategies, strong self-belief, and consistent work habits, I was able to achieve multiple Grade 9s at GCSE and five A* grades at A-level.
My academic success is not something I see as separate from my teaching—it is something I use as proof that progress is possible with the right mindset, structure, and support. I aim to be a living example to my students that high achievement is achievable, even in the face of difficulties.
I am especially passionate about supporting neurodiverse learners and students who may lack confidence, motivation, or belief in themselves. I take time to understand each individual, adapt my teaching to their needs, and create a positive, encouraging learning environment where they feel safe to grow.
Above all, my greatest motivation comes from seeing students develop confidence, independence, and pride in their achievements. Helping young people unlock their potential is not just my profession—it is my purpose.

My lessons are carefully structured, personalised, and fully focused on helping students achieve their best possible results. Each session is tailored to the student’s ability, targets, and learning style, using clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and exam-focused practice.
I combine strong subject knowledge with proven teaching strategies, model answers, and mark scheme analysis to ensure students understand both the content and how to succeed in exams. Lessons include regular assessment, targeted feedback, and structured revision techniques to secure long-term progress.
I create a supportive, motivating, and disciplined learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, challenge themselves, and improve consistently. For students with SEN or confidence barriers, I adapt my approach to provide clear structure, reassurance, and personalised support.
My aim is to make every lesson productive, engaging, and results-driven—building both academic success and independent learning skills.
