About Will
I am a performance-focused coach with experience working in competitive sports environments and supporting athlete development. My background includes collegiate athletics and providing performance analysis. I've previously worked at Fordham and the University of Maryland for their Men's Basketball teams, and now I am getting my Master's in Sports Psychology with a track to become a CMPC. I take a structured, evidence-informed approach while adapting each session to the individual. I value consistency, self-awareness, and process over quick fixes. My goal is to help athletes and students build confidence, manage pressure, and develop mental skills that translate both in performance settings and everyday life.

My lessons focus on developing the mental skills that drive consistent performance in sport and life. Sessions are practical, personalized, and process-driven, combining focus training, confidence building, stress regulation, and goal setting. Each lesson includes reflection, skill application, and simple tools athletes can use immediately in training and competition. I work with student-athletes, competitive athletes, and individuals seeking improved performance under pressure. My approach emphasizes awareness, routines, and habits that support long-term growth—not quick fixes.
