About Zahra
Hello, I am proud to be a native Deaf from 3rd generation deaf family. I have been a BSL teacher with many years (over 15 years) of teaching experience, and I am a Deaf BSL user. I am also a relay interpreter to make sure all deaf people have better access. I have always been passionate about seeing everyone develop their dream and aim to achieve them. I have many students who have become interpreters and this made me so proud.
I, also own a business called Deaf Signs. (concealed information)

I have taught students of all ages, from babies up to adults, including working professionals and adults with learning difficulties. I'm a qualified teacher and I ensure I update my training every year. I live in St. Albans and have a strong knowledge of regional signs. I am available to do one-to-one tutorials with students as needed, to develop students' confidence and to help students practise before their exams, and I am experienced in providing such tutorials. I have lots of resources and handouts that I've developed for the curriculum.
