I am a Brazilian immigrant in Australia who just completed a CERT IV to teach English as a second language. I am open to teaching English to all levels. I've been tutoring privately for 4 years now.

About Ana
I am excited to teach English to everyone who feels like it would improve their quality of life. I like to help people build confidence in themselves and am a firm believer that everyone is able to learn with the right tools and methods. I encourage all my students to feel free to ask me as many questions as they need in order to feel comfortable in class, as well as bring to our first class a few things that you would like to talk about so I can prepare my lessons around those topics.
I believe that learning a new language is one of the best ways to understand more about that culture and build confidence in yourself.

I love to hear what my students like to talk about so I can cater each lesson to them. My lessons focus a lot on communication and everyday common dialogues to give students confidence in speaking during their daily lives.
My lessons are usually 1 hour long and for adults or older teenagers (any level of English is okay).
I have a CertIV in TESOL, which means I am qualified to teach English to adults of other nationalities. Although I don't have a proper qualification for teaching minors, I have done private tutoring many times for kids and teenagers.
