About Rafael
Hi, I'm Rafael! I'm a Brazilian cook based in Dublin, and food has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I run my own small food business, making Brazilian snacks and treats from scratch, so I know firsthand what it takes to turn simple ingredients into something people truly love.
For me, food is the best way to share a culture. Every dish I cook carries a story, from family tables to busy street corners in Brazil, and I'd love to pass those stories on one recipe at a time. When I see someone taste something new and smile, that's the best part of my day. I want to make cooking feel simple, fun, and full of flavor, so you can leave my class with new skills and the confidence to cook these dishes for the people you love.
Whether you've never turned on a stove or just want to learn something different, you're very welcome in my kitchen. Come hungry, and let's cook something delicious together!

I believe cooking is best learned with your hands, not just your eyes, so my classes are practical, relaxed, and full of tasting. You'll cook real dishes from start to finish and leave with the confidence to recreate them at home. Mistakes are welcome here, because that's how every good cook learns.

- Hands-on, step-by-step lessons where you cook alongside me rather than just watching.
- Simple explanations of the "why" behind each technique, so you can adapt recipes yourself.
- Authentic Brazilian dishes and snacks or any other dish you wish, with easy swaps for ingredients you can find in Irish shops.
- Tips on flavor, seasoning, and timing, with the stories and traditions behind each recipe.
- Every lesson tailored to your pace, tastes, and dietary needs.
