About Thomas
Hello, I'm Tom, employed in a life/development coach capacity for my local council, and I volunteer as a coach at Eastbourne Boxing Club with the senior classes. My 1-1 and small group sessions allow me to combine my natural ability as a coach, with my desire to see people enjoy themselves and learn some new skills, which generally results in healthier and happier people!

I offer: - Pure boxing fundamentals, taking you from a beginner to intermediate boxer, whether for fun or to get you moving towards a competitive pathway. - Boxercise/boxing fitness, hybrid sessions that combine boxing exercises and more traditional fitness. - Strength and conditioning, a combination of cardio and strength-based exercises using free weights and bodyweight. All three approaches will promote skill, strength and fitness development, but can be tailored to suit individual goals such as fat loss or developing boxing defences. I operate my 1-1 and small group sessions from Eastbourne Boxing Club's fully equipped facility, which is only a 3-minute walk from Eastbourne train station and has roadside parking.
