I am a boxing and MMA striking coach with firsthand experience at the highest levels of competition and years of training, competing, and coaching across boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
My approach focuses on clear instruction, strong foundations, and building confidence through proper technique, so students progress safely, efficiently, and with purpose.

I’m a former multi-champion fighter with experience across boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA-applicable striking. My coaching is boxing-led, detail-driven, and built for real performance. Not trends.
I specialise in building strong striking foundations that transfer across rule sets. Whether you’re boxing, transitioning to MMA, or sharpening your stand-up, the focus is on clean mechanics, efficiency, and longevity.
Training is delivered through private instruction and online coaching through Stryke MMA, enabling highly personalised, structured development.
