I’ve known Curca for many years, we used to dance together and were part of the same crew. What has always stood out to me about him is that he never stops learning and never gives up. He looks at dance from many different perspectives, so he’s not the kind of teacher who only shows you the moves. He helps you understand the ideas, mindset and different ways of approaching dance. Even after all these years, he has remained curious and genuinely passionate about learning and exploring the dance he practices. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to learn not just how to dance, but how to think about dance.
