About Curca
My name is Bogdan, and I enjoy being physically active. Being a dancer came with many injuries, so I had to learn how to work around them until I learned how not to get injured again. Fitness helped me develop the necessary skills to improve my strength and mobility.

About the lesson

For individual clients:
- I like to understand the goals and needs.
- All sessions will include a 10min Warm-up and a 10min Cool-down (static stretching).
- Create an individualized program based on the needs and goals.
- Work with the clients until the needs are met.
- Once a milestone has been reached, we plan for future improvement.
During 1-on-1 session I am able to focus better on the client's performance.
Group sessions would mostly be about circuit training, tabata or a specially designed program for the class in session.
- All group sessions start with a 5-10min of Warm-up, a 5-10min Cool-down, followed by a 40min training session.
- Group sessions would include music.
