About George
I started off as a medical student and switched into engineering because I simply wasn't passionate about what I studied. My hobbies in astronomy and 3D printing made engineering the clear choice. Since then I graduated with high honors from a 5-year program in mechanical engineering and got my professional engineering license shortly after.

I take a non traditional approach to tutoring where I have the student explain to me what they understand of the topic. Typically, I allow the student to run through the problems and ideas and explain to me why they think the way they do. This helps them make connections to topics rather than just telling them and reinforces the material much better than just telling them what the answers are. This is most practical in physics and mathematics .
