About Chiara
I am a classical pianist based in south east London. I studied piano performance in Italy for my bachelor and master and moved to London for my artist diploma. Apart from teaching privately, I also teach piano at a prestigious school in Dulwich and in a music school in Greenwich. I also give lectures on Creativity in piano teaching for the piano pedagogy course in one of the London Conservatoires. I deeply enjoy teaching and sharing my passion for the instrument.

I tailor lessons to suit my students’ interests, character and ways of learning. I am patient, encouraging but also demanding. My students' well-being and needs come first. I believe lessons should be fun and inspiring. I am equally happy teaching a piece for beginners, a Beethoven sonata, a movie soundtrack or a Rachmaninov concerto!
