About Serena
I’m a UCL Bioscience graduate with over three years of experience tutoring Biology, Chemistry, and Maths to students from Year 9 to Year 13. I enjoy teaching because there are many techniques and ways of learning I wish I’d been shown during my own A-levels, and I now aim to pass those on to my students. Having completed these exams relatively recently, I bring a fresh perspective on what works, what doesn’t, and how to revise effectively. My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each student, with a focus on clear explanations, smart exam technique, and building confidence so students feel fully prepared and capable going into their exams.

Hi! I’m a UCL Bioscience graduate with over 3 years of experience tutoring Biology, Chemistry, and Maths to students from Year 9 to Year 13.
My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on making tricky topics easier to understand, building confidence, and helping students feel more comfortable with exam-style questions.
