About Mon
I am a biomedical science and honors graduate. I currently teach in the anatomy, microbiology, and introductory biomedical labs at the University of Southern Queensland and love to share the knowledge I spent years understanding (and continue to learn). Tutors and lab demonstrators were key to my success as a student so I love to continue this support now that I’ve graduated.

I believe in understanding concepts at the core rather than thorough memorisation. I believe this can be achieved by linking concepts to real life applications wherever possible. I feel that learning techniques and explanations should be tailored to everyone’s specific learning style in order for them to best acquire new knowledge.
