About
I am a Biomedical Science graduate from a great UK based university, I achieved high grades in my A-Levels which were Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.
Since 2017 I have tutored, I did this for my first year on a voluntary basis as I just love to help students achieve their best and from there I was lucky enough to turn it into a part time career.
As a woman in science I understand the importance of inspiring young talent and encouraging students coming through the education system to try new things and have faith in their abilities which I have found has been lost throughout this pandemic! My main focus is putting the fun and passion back into studies, I do not just teach to pass an exam I teach to inspire questions and thought processes.
The last year has been very stressful for many people and so I am making an effort to ensure my students have the best educational experience they can have without forcing intense catch up and unnecessary pressure. As a result of this it is imperative tutoring is both a choice of the parents/carers and of the student, this is how we achieve the best possible results and allow for a positive experience!

I have different methods depending on my students and their needs I always have an introductory call with potential students to find out more about them and their ways in which they believe they work best.
I work with groups or on an individual basis and lessons are minimum 1 hour.
I have experience working with SEN and with mainstream education from high school age upwards. Primarily I work with students wanting to achieve their best in their GCSE's, A-Levels or further educational courses including adults who are looking to gain qualifications alongside their careers. I am familiar with all main exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, WJEC and OCR.
I have worked as a tutor since 2017 with students ages 10-37 all of whom have been very successful and have achieved their goals and more! I am very proud of the success I have had working with my students and I would be happy to provide references from parents and from students!

Details
This is completely open to discussion based on individual circumstances. As the school year progresses my schedule can become very full and therefore prices may increase however this will not affect any existing students.
