About Jonathon
Happy to tutor maths, biology, chemistry and physics. I thoroughly enjoy teaching students and love to see my students improve in their grades. After finishing year 12 in 2015, I have tutored students in maths and science with good results. I gained tertiary tutoring experience working as a tutor at Avondale University in 2019. I have continued to build on my client base and am relocating to the Gold Coast in February, 2022, so looking for new students in the area. I am also happy to do online tutoring at any time.
I have a bachelor of science degree, plus am currently 2 years into a clinical science degree (to become an osteopath). My bachelor of science meant that I have completed many biology and chemistry units at university level. I have experience teaching school students of all ages.
I am good at breaking down concepts so that students can understand a problem.

I provide academic maths and science tutoring sessions online and in the Gold Coast area. I use a wide variety of content and custom problems to tailor tutoring sessions to students needs. I am willing to tutor primary, secondary and tertiary students.
I recommend 1+ hours for each tutoring session.
I have a Biomedical Science degree (GPA of 6.4) & 2 years into a Clinical science degree (GPA of 6.7). I have worked as a tutor at Avondale University, plus have tutored 30+ students privately.
My goal is for students to develop critical thinking skills, understand why they are learning the required content and increase their ability to study independently.
