About Marin
I am currently a student at Boston University pursuing a bachelor's degree, majoring in Biomedical Engineering and minoring in Public Health and Human Physiology. I am originally from the Bay Area, California. I am passionate about healthcare and creating solutions to multifaceted issues. I have experience teaching elementary school students math and Hebrew.

We have a preliminary session to make sure it is a good fit on both sides. Then, based on the student's desires and needs, we can plan for the next meeting, or leave it open to adjustments. If there are specific goal/s, I am more than happy to spend time making sure they are SMART goals, so we can execute them.
There are a variety of options with regards to the session itself; we can do practice problems, whole concepts, or go over past work. This will also be decided on an individual basis.

Details
If the student's level surpasses Trigonometry in mathematics and surpasses general chemistry, biology, (such as AP Biology), I charge $40 per hour.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy if the lesson is not going to be rescheduled. Past 24 hours the cancellation fee is 50% of the hourly rate because I take time to prepare material for each student. I have a. 12-hour rescheduling policy where the student must let me know whether they want to reschedule 12 hours prior to the lesson. If I am not alerted 12 hours before the lesson, there is a rescheduling fee, 50% of the hourly rate.
