Having been employed by the Teaching and Learning Center at my university, I have been trained in leading an effective tutoring session. I focus on student-guided learning, allowing lessons to best benefit the needs of individuals. I systematically lay out my lessons to include both recent/new content, as well as cumulative review. My lessons are best fit for middle or high school algebra or calculus students, but I would be happy to discuss lessons in other mathematics classes, as well as chemistry.
