About Bella
I am a biomedical engineer and I have 4+ years of experience tutoring and mentoring high school and middle school students. I came to the US for university 6 years ago and I know the shock new topics and learning can have so I'm excited to help make things more manageable for students.

My approach to teaching it to focus on the larger image and then slowly break into manageable pieces while keeping the goal in mind. For example, when solving mathematics problems it is always easy to just work on finding a method but understanding the theory behind some of the methods helps set you up for success when you don't know the specific format of a question. I apply the same logic to biology and biomedical-related teaching.
