About Jonathan
From graduate in biomedical engineering at UC San Diego, to 8+ years professional experience testing medical devices and working with Doctors and PhD's, I have extensive training in academia, research and industry. Also, I have 3 years professional experience tutoring math (Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2), Chemistry, and Spanish. I help empower kids to not only learn the material thoroughly, but to find their passion for it. I have success raising scores from D to an A.

I enjoy teaching motivated high school and college students. I have a master/apprentice approach to my tutoring, where I teach the student the material, then I have them teach it back to me to make sure that they grasp the material. Often times we will work on problems that they missed on the their exams, and I will make sure they understand the concepts by doing additional problems on the same topic.
