About Ellie
My name is Ellie MacGregor and I am a first year at UCLA studying biology. I love going to the beach and I did club swim for 12 years. I am the oldest of 3 children, and I grew up helping both of my siblings in school, specifically with their math homework. I also work part time for Danny's Tutoring, so I have had plenty experience with tutoring others! I love jobs that involve talking to others and consider myself very outgoing, so feel free to reach out!

I am a very outgoing and friendly person, and my goal is to make the student feel comfortable and confident in their own knowledge. A typical lesson would involve going over whatever material the client would like, while additionally taking/adding to their notes along the way to learn new approaches and information that will help them going forward. Not only is it important for the student to understand the material in the tutoring session, but more importantly for that information to retain for future assignments and tests. These lessons are mainly aimed for high school students and below.
