About Cody
Hi! I am Cody Hawkins. I am currently in my undergraduate studies pursuing Biology. I have been helping tutor my peers during my time at college. Through this, I have seen many ups and downs when it comes to certain subjects and classes. I know what it takes to get through certain classes. I believe if you truly learn to enjoy the process of learning, everything else will successfully fall into place, even outside of an academic field. My goal is to help my students learn the way that makes most sense to them and inspire confidence from this.

My number one rule when tutoring is getting to know where you are at to where you are going. This helps set the foundation of your goals for the course or subject and helping define this can set up a path of success. The usual lesson plan, topic, and specific questions/concepts would be addressed at the beginning of each session. Then we would work through them the best way for the student. We would then end the session with review. Any students K-12 who would like to learn more or need help with biology subjects/concepts would be a pleasure to work with.
