About Hannah
I am a professor of biology who has the summer off, and want to continue teaching students during my break. I have completed a bachelor's in Neuroscience, a Master's in Cell and Molecular Biology, and PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology, and two postdoctoral positions where I published biology papers spanning diverse fields (neuroscience, RNA-sequencing, post-transcriptional regulation, anatomy, microscopy, aging, development, human disease, pharmacology targets, organ development, cardiac/heart biology, gene regulation, and genetic engineering.

I enjoy asking you questions to help you realize how much you know, and help you identify what areas could be strengthened.
I am not judgmental and like to be flexible with how I help people learn. I can provide anything from drawings, to chatting, to preparing trivia style games for you to learn or even make mock-exams and worksheets.
I have tutored a range of groups, including graduate students, pre-meds, undergraduate biology students, high school students, or even middle schoolers.
Happy to prepare you for the MCAT, graduate school, a biology high school course, or any other biology topic.
I typically like to ask you what you'd like to focus on, so we don't review material you already know. I like to start with a broad introduction on the material, and break down complex problems into simple steps, and then finally take a step back at the end and relate the topic back to your broader knowledge base.
