About Carley
All throughout college I believed that I wanted to be a dentist. After taking all of the classes, labs, and tests to do so, I decided that I no longer wanted to peruse that career. Since then I have looked for ways that I could use my extensive knowledge that I gained in school to help others and I have found tutoring to be an excellent way of doing so!

-In my tutoring sessions I focus on making sure the student feels as though they fully understand the subject before moving to another one.
-One of my favorite strategies in tutoring is having the student explain the subject to me. I do this because I believe it helps the student get a better understanding of how comfortable they are with the material.
-I prioritize the individual needs of my students. I realize that everyone learns differently and I adjust my lessons accordingly.
-I am very patient, understanding, and feel passionately about the subjects I teach
-I am excited to help anyone in the K-12 range with any Math, Biology, and Chemistry needs they may have!
