About Lewis
As someone who has written many educational resources, I know science can be intimidating and full of technical language. For other students, science itself is fun, but the pressures and limitations of classroom learning don't allow you to explore it fully. Either way, I believe I can help to change the way you think!

- GCSE and A Level Biology students, and GCSE Science students are welcomed
- I am a great believer in multiple-stage problem solving, breaking down complex challenges into stages and working together towards an answer
- As exam season approaches, I'll support students by working through exam-style questions
- Expected lesson length is one hour, but I am happy to be flexible
- I have worked in multiple roles producing Maths, Science and Geography educational resources used in schools, with a particular focus on Biology.
- I also taught English as a second language in Japan, and welcome students who are less confident speaking English and need some support to build confidence.
