About Gabriella
I am currently a college student pursuing a degree in secondary science education. I focus more on topics related to biology as this is the subject I later plan to teach. I like to be patient with students and meet them where they are. This allows me to understand how they best learn and how I can incorporate that into my teaching. I strive to provide a comforting and reassuring environment for students to feel comfortable making mistakes in order to learn from them.

As a tutor I tailor my lessons to the needs of my students. I will develop lesson plans based on what the student needs to work on and build a functional base of knowledge in science and biology that will continue to benefit the student as they venture into more advanced science courses in the future. I like to relate all science concepts back to real world applications as I find this helps students to better visualize and understand difficult concepts. I work with students high school level or below.
