'The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education. ' These beautiful words, by Martin Luther King Jr., enclose my thinking about teaching. I'm Paolo, I'm 27, graduated in Biotechnology (Triennale, University of Verona), Cellular and Molecular Medical Biotechnology (Master's, University of Verona) and Neuroscience (Master's in King's College London). The methodology I use is just to make the student think with his own head. Thinking, Innovating, Creating, this is what our planet needs right now. We live in a World where technology puts all information at hand (just a turn on Wikipedia with the Smartphone), my goal is not to give only information/knowledge but to understand the application of this knowledge in the real World. I want to provide the student with a method of study to prepare not only for the imminent test but for his/her future. The story of this country speaks to us of enlightened thinkers and brilliant scientists, I believe in young students and many of them expect nothing but to conquer great achievements.
