About Mirella
I was a PIBID scholarship holder during my training, which enabled me to develop skills such as creativity, innovation and curiosity, in addition to enabling the good old "hands on" to make plans come out of the paper. With this, I seek that learning occurs in a way that the student can see meaning in what he is learning, that he can perceive applications and how the processes are interconnected, promoting a broader and more meaningful learning.
I was also an intern at 3 schools and worked with the most diverse subjects, being able to observe new ways of teaching and learning that can be more fun, engaging the student in their own teaching-learning process.

I graduated in 2019, however, with the pandemics it was very difficult to find a job, so I went back to the university for another training. I had the opportunity to be an intern in schools during my training, always looking for an inclusive practice that would enable students with disabilities to perform similarly to students without disabilities in classes and activities and always got a very good return from students in relation to classes and learning.
I try to focus on the difficulties and solve the fundamental doubts, which can impede the continuation of the student's learning, thus allowing him to see the subject in a broader and more interconnected way. I can also help with any particular project or interest based on prior contact and preparation.
I always look for alternative practices, avoiding boring classes and long texts as much as possible, prioritizing meaningful learning and practical application of the contents.
