About Elena
I am a first year Biological Sciences student at University College London. Having achieved top grades in my A-Levels (A* Maths, A* Biology, A* French, A Physics) and GCSEs, I am confident in my ability to explain topics that may initially appear difficult to understand, as well as to teach proper exam technique.

I am especially familiar with the Edexcel examination board. Lessons will be carried out over skype, and divided into two broad sections. Firstly, there will be a discussion period where the student will outline which topics they have difficulty with. This will be followed by an initially broad overview of said topics, which will become more specific as the lesson progresses.
Finally, there will be a question period where the student will be quizzed on the topic(s) just covered.
Having been tutored in the past, I understand that patience with students is key, and will adjust the pace of the lesson if necessary. Homework (based on past paper questions) may also be set to ensure that lessons are retained. I may also draw on my knowledge as a university student to answer any questions beyond GCSE grade to the best of my ability.
