About Paul
I am in my first year of my PhD research at University College London (UCL), in the Biochemical Engineering department, and I am available to teach Physics, Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry right up to A Level standard. I have previously worked as an academic mentor, teaching English and Mathematics to GCSE students who found the basics difficult to grasp, and I have also coached younger students as a 1st Dan senior black belt at the World Ju-Jitsu Federation, helping them with technique and form to achieve their full potential. I believe I can engage students well when teaching and concisely convey complex information. The best atmosphere for learning and growth is one where they feel supported and that mistakes can be made as long as they are learnt from.
