About Maya
I graduated with a 3.7 GPA and obtained a B.S. in biochemistry. In all honesty, I have never been a formal tutor, but I have tutored and trained many peers in classroom settings and have been told that I am the reason they passed or excelled in a class. I adapt to people's learning style, I don't overcomplicate lessons, I am patient in understanding that learning is unique to the student, and I will do everything I can to ensure that you leave tutoring sessions with more clarity on the subject at hand.
