About Morgan
Hi! My name is Morgan and I am a current second semester student at Brown University majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am on the pre-med track, and I have a strong background in scientific and mathematical fields. While at Brown, I have taken a general chemistry course, a research class on bacteriophages, and a single variable calculus course. This semester, I am taking organic chemistry, a continuation of my research class, and a general biology class. I currently have a 4.0 GPA, and I am involved in many different extracurriculars including the infectious disease society research team, Sunrise at Brown (an environmental activism group), Women in STEM and Engineering club, and Natives at Brown. I like to teach by focusing on what students are struggling with, whether that be a certain subject or a specific topic in a subject. I personalize my lessons for each student based on their learning style. I tend to incorporate a great deal of different practice problems and hands on learning styles that I have seen to benefit a majority of students. These lessons and sessions are for students in the middle school or high school level that are seeking help in any mathematics and/or scientific fields.
