About Nathaly
I have been teaching classes mostly for beginners and some with injuries. I made sure that they feel safe throughout the practice and felt good in their body and mind after the class. Feel your inner peace and return to your higher self as you practice yoga for the body and mind. Is always very kind and helpful in my yoga sessions. She consistently organizes different challenging yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation sessions to suit my level.
