About Birgit
I give lessons for more than 30 years and I saw my students having better notes and pronunciation. They also enjoyed to learn the authentic melody of the German language. Artists and stage managers could travel more easily in Germany and communicate with the Germans in their mother tongue.

I am a native German from the north of Germany and made a high school diploma in French and biology.
I studied German and cello in France for 7 years, where I also worked and raised my 4 children. Living in France for 37 years, the French language became my 2nd mother tongue. I obtained a German degree at the university Paul Valéry in Montpellier and was German teacher for adults in the German cultural center Maison de Heidelberg for 4 years. Actually, I give German lessons since 30 years. Also, I translate film scenarios and poetry, sing and play cello.
The students will learn the spoken and written language, except of special demands and the method will be adapted to every person: games, exercises, songs and poetry, vocabulary enrichment…I am at your service in an easygoing and joyful ambiance, listening to your needs and demands.
I give lessons in English, French and German.
