About Ourmila

I am perfectly bilingual English/French (Mauritian by birth). I lived in France for 4 years and studied there. I was a French teacher for 11-16 year old students for 5 years. I combined teaching with private tuition in French and French literature. I relocated to UK and now to USA. I would love to go back to teaching .

About the lesson

I can teach any age group and together with lessons plans I use the following:
-visual aids like movies/ posters
-communicative approach (using relevant vocabulary to communicate/role plays)
-cooperative learning to get students excited and motivated (small groups/projects)
I am a mother of 2, so I am extremely patient and a good listener.
